The Wyandot County Board of Commissioners has been awarded for the Brownfield Remediation Program through the Ohio Department of Development. Through this grant program we will be able to demolish commercial buildings on sites that are brownfields. We are looking for contractors to demolish a brownfield property.
The brownfield bid specification packet is available via email at wycocom@co.wyandot.oh.us or pick-up. There will be a pre-bid meeting Tuesday, May 31, 2023, at the brownfield site. The packet must be submitted no later than Wednesday, June 14th , 2023 to the following address: Wyandot County Commissioners, c/o Treston Hall County Clerk, 109 S. Sandusky Avenue, RM 10, Upper Sandusky, Ohio 43351. The Commissioners will open the bids the following morning Thursday June 15th, 2023, at 10:00 AM at the same address.
